Submitting Maintenance Requests
Something not working? For any maintenance issues or damages that may arise during your stay with us, COH Residents must submit a Maintenance Request through the “Log Maintenance Issues” tab in their student portal. As you did when you paid your installments, to use the portal, you will need the email address you registered with, as well as your Application Form Password/Reference Number from your application confirmation email.
Once you have these, you can click here to go to the Comforts of Home login page, here. We suggest you bookmark this page so that you can easily find it in the future. In case you have trouble with the link, you can also type in this URL: https://coh.securedaccommodationnow.com/student/.
When you reach the login page, click the “Resident Administration” link at the left, then click the second item “Log Maintenance Issues.” Click the “Add New” tab, and then use the online form to choose a Repair Type, to provide a description of the repair, and to provide your contact telephone number. Please thoroughly describe the maintenance issue to the best of your ability, as this will greatly speed up its resolution. Unless we specifically state otherwise, we cannot guarantee the prompt resolution of maintenance issues NOT submitted through the maintenance request link.
In some circumstances, you can call us. While it is ideal to use the student portal, we understand that certain issues may require a phone call (as well as emergencies – see below!). For example, if you are experiencing internet difficulties and do not readily have access to email, you may call the office at +33 (0)1 44 42 00 63 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) with your issue.
